My training approach is as varied as my clients. After an initial assessment of your fitness and a discussion about your goals, I will prepare your exercise training program customized to meet your needs. I reassess your progress on an ongoing basis and design new programs to continually challenge you and meet your goals

 

I have over 11 years of Personal training experience.  I bring to my training sessions an excitement and enthusiasm for supporting other in reaching their goals. I am  uniquely skilled in building authentic relationships understanding obstacles and creating strategies to move past barriers in order to achieve success.  My key strengths are a compassionate but direct approach to work and life combined with an ability to bring out the best in people.
